Before your ride, select the vehicle you want in the app. How you start and end your ride depends on the type of vehicle.
E-bike
Press ‘Start ride’ in the app, lift the stand and start pedaling. The electric motor will turn on automatically. To end your ride, park the e-bike inside the purple service area, set the stand down, and press ‘End ride’ in the app.
Moped
Press ‘Start ride’ in the app, lift the moped off the stand, and hold the green button for 2 seconds. Turn the throttle to start driving. To end your ride, park inside the purple service area, fold out the stand, store the helmets in the saddle or top-case, and press ‘End ride’ in the app.
Car
Check for any damages, then press ‘Start ride’ in the app. The car will unlock automatically. Hold the brake, press the start button, and shift into gear to start driving. To end your ride, return the car to the purple service area shown in the app, charge the car if the battery is below 50%, take pictures, and press ‘End ride’ in the app.
