If a Check vehicle is causing inconvenience, you can report it through our online form. Our Support Team reviews the report and responds within a few minutes. If the vehicle is parked incorrectly, we will relocate it as soon as possible, and the last user will receive a €50 fee. After three warnings within six months, the user may be (temporarily) blocked from using Check.
This way, we ensure that public spaces in our cities remain tidy and accessible for everyone.
